Alan oversaw the management, operations and financial performance of three large CBD parking garages in Chicago, Atlanta and Milwaukee for Riverview Realty Partners. The garages contain more than 3230 aggregate parking spaces.
There was significant revenue and expense improvement in all three garages following Alan's takeover of the garages. In addition, the revenue and expense estimate he provided prior to taking over were exceeded by actual operating results.
We have since sold the three office assets and the related garages that Alan ran. A significant increase in the value of the garages was realized due to Alan's garage revenue and expense improvements when the assets were sold. Alan is an
experienced parking operator and is honest, very good with people and effectively markets his product. I highly recommend Alan because he is extremely results oriented and a very experienced parking professional.
I have known Alan Kahn tor 16 years and have done significant business with him and his companies over this time frame. I have relied on Alan and his teams to provide effective underwriting and operations enhancement on significant parking assets in diverse cities ranging from The Tabor Center in Denver, the Sears Tower in Chicago, and Transamerica Tower in Baltimore.
